ACE Refund & Returns Policy

At ACE, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at support@aceapparel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending items back.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: sale items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear or washing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
